Upload it there. Scroll down until you find php files. Then, drop the admin, inc, images and jscripts folders there. Upload the myrpg_image.php and plaza.php files there too.

And the Plaza.php one to?

Yes. Please remember that you need to scroll down until you see php files, and drop it there. Don't drop it to one of your forum folders.

Don't mean to be offensive, but most plugins, and forum scripts in general, assume you have a certain amount of competence with using computers.  Administering a forum is not really something your everyday Joe does, and if you're struggling to figure out how to upload it correctly, it may be worth considering to either get someone else with more technical expertise to assist you in running the forum, otherwise, this may be a difficult and painful experience for you (things aren't necessarily easier post-install).

If you've successfully uploaded everything to the correct locations, you should be able to visit the AdminCP plugins section and activate the plugin.

BTW, which version of MyPlaza are you using, and which version of MyBB are you using?

OMG /home/REMOVED BY MIRAJ/public_html/inc/languages/english/admin/board_messages.lang.php does not exist. Thats what popped up when i tried accessing my ADMIN CP.

What is board_messages.lang.php file? It is not MyBB default language file?

No it is English. Should I just delete that plugin from my Server?

Like I said before, the language file is not MyBB 1.4* language files. Maybe you get it from other plugin.
