So should i uninstall Board Messages or is that not the problem?

Try to re-upload board_messages.lang.php files into your inc/languages/english/admin/ folder.

For some reason Board Messages.lang disappeared from that folder.

OK now ill activate MyPlaza Plugin.

Do you know how I can add MyPlaza on my Menu? (Navigation) Where help and all those buttons are. I also need to add a Rules menu since I installed a Rules Plugin.

If you're using Turbo (1.4 version) you probably need to assign yourself permissions to access it (check admin permissions).

I using the recent one Pirata Nervo updated on MyBB. I went to Admin Permission >>Me >>>MyPlaza Turbo>>>>Can manage MyPlaza Turbo. Its still not up on the Menu. And how do I know the URL?

You should really seek support from him then.
I only support the original branch of MyPlaza.

There should be a link at the top.  You shouldn't need to know the URL.

He says he doesn't support MyPlaza no more.

Then you might want to try his NewPoints instead.
