well i've managed to somehow adapt it to mybb
http://www.beatdj.net/MyIB/forumdisplay.php?fid=4
if you put the mouse over the globe (at right) itwill show first post of the thread(didn't make that plugin)

If i could show the first post of everythread the rest will be piece of cake

can you help me with that  ZiNgA?
