Lottery addon, and theif module

Hello, this is an awesome mod!

A few suggestions:
> Lottery - users buy tickets for the lottery
Lottery settings:
>> Prize pool
>> Ticket cost
>> Lottery timeframe expiration

> Steal module - users can steal from each other
Lottery settings:
> Maximum and minimum amounts stealable
> Chance of success

User options:
> Amount to steal
> From whom

If something like those could be made, that would be sweet
