It should in your registration page automatically.

How do I add this to the user cp? instead of change their user id's I want to add this so they can change their nick name.

I don't recommend using my plugins if you struggle to understand English.  Perhaps you may want to try requesting someone translating instructions for you.

Thanks to those who helped me, which was no where to download but it was already downloaded.

It works perfectly in a forum that is in Spanish and I really liked the plugin ^ _ ^.
