Thread fields don't get pulled over in UserCP, so you won't be able to get it to show up there unfortunately.

If you really need to get it there, you need a plugin to pull out XThreads contents there.
You can try the attached plugin.

Do you mean displaying latest threads posted by a user in their profile page?
Maybe something like this:

If you want to pull out XThreads data there, you need to modify it.

Display latest threads title from specified forum id(s) in profile

1) you need to modify it - what do you mean "it" and how to modify?

2) And if I need to show all threads under (1,2,3) a specific prefix(s)?

I mean the plugin. You need to edit the plugin file if you want to load XThreads contents there.

Do you mean by the specific prefix(s) is thread prefix?
Are you using the default MyBB Thread Prefix or XThreads Thread Prefix?

How to modify? &  --> MyBB Thread Prefix

You can try this (attached). Just replace the plugin file (there is no changed in the language file).
