I dont know how experienced you are with XThreads, but are you sure that you have the templates, custom thread fields and forum settings correct?
Templates have prefix xx_ and forums have prefix xx_ the underscore is important - if you are making changes to the postbits, remember there are at least three postbits in XThreads - xx_postbit_first, xx_postbit_classic, xx_postbit - you need to make the changes as appropriate.
When making custom threadfields, ensure that you have the forum assigned that you want it to show in and the visibility correct. If this is your first try at XThreads I suggest you have a go at making RateUs contact form EXACTLY as it is in the demo, then tweak it to get a greater understanding.
It could also be a plugin conflict - PL9 forum icons and early versions of my_advertisements conflict with XThreads.
I'm not using PL9. My problem is that the Xthread plugin only works on default theme. It's like it doesn't insert any value on custom ones. I've added the needed templates.

Not quite sure what you mean by the "doesn't work".
But maybe you can try the [urlhttp://mybbhacks.zingaburga.com/showthread.php?tid=285]Thread Description[/url] modification first, to see whether the value can be displayed in template or not.

You can read the second post in this thread to know whatever variable added by XThreads. If you have a very custom template, maybe you need to add it manually.
Edit:
Do you mean by "I've added the needed templates" is, you've added the variables in the second post?

I've added the needed variables yet the problem still persists. Custom Thread Fields and Templates don't work at all on custom themes. The variables value acts like it isn't added. I'm using theme made by Nanoskiners.

Is it a free theme? If so, maybe I can try it.
Works for me? (I'm using MyBB 1.61 and Thread Description example application to test it)
I remember having something weird like this - I was unable to reproduce it on a clean install but it was certainly happening. Are you forcing a theme on these forums? If so, unforce it, then deactivate Xthreads, reactivate XThreads, force a new theme and see what happens.
Weird. Doesn't work even locally. No I'm not forcing theme on these forums.
