I can see your forum (the front end). It seems that you don't have XThreads installed or you've deleted it.

ya..i had deleted but now not able to install xthread.php in plugin folder...what to do now?even after ziping not uploaded..

You need to upload the plugin files manually via your FTP.
i have try it manually but 0 bytes uploaded for everyfile of xthreaad.
pls check email.admin account sended.pass for plugin uploader is 123456..dont worry i will change it.

No, I think you can't upload it with Plugin Uploader (as far as I know it doesn't support 7zip file).
Try re-upload it manually again.
